I dunno how fond you are of chibis Yuya but I really felt like drawing you something , and drawing normal anime style
is quite hard atm for me since my computer is so very lame and keeps functioning like a crappy old washing machine.
It even stopped functioning while I was drawing this chibi.... the resolution being small I find it retarded .
Gonna get a job as soon as I finish uni in 2 weeks and raise money for a computer...I really need a new one if I want to
keep on drawing and coloring digitally....

Gotta make a series of apology gifts for some of my very close friends since I've been quite a retarded bitch for the past couple of months ....gotta get my damn head straight soon.

Hope you don't mind the extraordinary large amount of sparkle xD and that it's not too detailed, as it was made in a small resolution....



Such a great feeling to draw+color something digitally after such a long break....

It's very cute! And I think Yuya will appreciate it.

I want to write you a proper critique, but since I can't here's some quick feedback:

1) the curl that crosses the face and resyts on her right cheek looks odd. It merges with her face and begins to feel like beard *ack*. Try moving it to the right and down so it feels seperate but overlapped and not merged. Don't let it touch the lips.

2) The right eye is leaving her cranium. Not just the lashes, the white too. A quick fix would be to horizontially scale it to the left leaving the left-edge where it is. The head seems to be turned, so the eyes should not be straight-on.

3) I like the halftone, but try another color, a cool color like a lavender-to blue-violet might be best. The warm reddish pink is sucking the hair into it and making it less distinct.
